Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule security staff across shifts.

• Monitor surveillance systems and patrol premises regularly.

• Conduct training sessions and briefings for security personnel.

• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.

• Ensure all security operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.

• Investigate security breaches, accidents, or other suspicious activities.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

• Prepare and submit reports on incidents, daily activities, and personnel performance.

• Maintain logs and records of inspections, patrols, and equipment checks.

• Conduct audits of security systems and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a security or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent observational and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CCTV and alarm systems.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
