Security Supervisor

Your job description shall be as given below:

1)      Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

2)       Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

3)      Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.

4)      As per discussion with you, a quarterly sales target of Rs 1,00,000  Monthly bill has been set that has to be achieved by you to be eligible for Variable Pay as given in Annexure-1.

5)      Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.

6)       Compile lists describing service offerings.

7)       Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products and services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

8)      Develop and implement security and Housekeeper policies, protocols and procedures.

9)      Control budgets for security and Housekeeper operations and monitor expenses.

10)  Recruit, train and supervise security and Housekeeper officers and guards.

11)  Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.

12)  Plan and coordinate security and Housekeeper operations for specific events.

13)  Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.

14)  Review reports on night check, day check, feedback, incidents and breaches.

15)  Investigate and resolve issues.

16)  Create reports for management on security status
