Security Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security guards at client sites. The candidate will ensure proper deployment, discipline, attendance, and smooth operation of all security activities.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all deployed security guards.

• Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and daily reports.

• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper conduct of all guards.

• Handle client communication and resolve site-level issues.

• Conduct surprise checks and ensure site security compliance.

• Report incidents and coordinate with management.

• Must be smart, disciplined, and responsible.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of security operations and reporting.

• Preference for ex-servicemen or experienced supervisors.
