Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Security Manager — not a Security Guard — who can independently manage security operations and a team of guards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment.

  • Monitor CCTV surveillance and overall security operations.

  • Handle security incidents, emergencies, and investigations.

  • Prepare and deliver security-related presentations and reports.

  • Maintain security SOPs, records, and daily reporting.

  • Train, guide, and discipline security guards.

  • Coordinate with management and ensure a safe and secure workplace.

  • Conduct regular security audits and identify potential risks.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Security Manager / Security Supervisor / Security Operations Manager.

  • Strong knowledge of surveillance and CCTV monitoring.

  • Excellent team-handling and leadership skills.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Pleasant and professional personality.

  • Ability to prepare and present reports/presentations confidently.

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Must be capable of independently managing security operations.
