Security Supervisor

A Security Supervisor oversees daily security operations, manages personnel, and ensures safety protocols are followed to protect assets and people. Key responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training staff, monitoring surveillance systems, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and coordinating with emergency services. They are the critical link between security officers and management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Team Leadership & Management: Assign duties, manage schedules, conduct training, and evaluate the performance of security guards.

• Operational Oversight: Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms), perform patrols, and ensure all equipment functions properly

• Incident Response & Reporting: Act as an on-site incident commander during emergencies (fire, theft, medical), coordinate with law enforcement, and prepare detailed reports.

• Access Control & Safety: Enforce visitor management, monitor entry/exit points, and ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulations.

• Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to improve safety measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a security officer or supervisor.

• Licensing: Valid security license/guard card required by local regulations.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of security systems and, at times, basic IT skills for reporting.

• It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
