Job Summary : Security Supervisor

   The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising security personnel within the factory
   premises to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, equipment, and materials. This role ensures strict access
   control, loss prevention, and compliance with industrial safety and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assign duties to factory security guards
Ensure proper access control for employees, contractors, and visitors
Monitor CCTV systems, perimeter fencing, gates.
Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, and parking areas
Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
Enforce factory safety, security, and emergency procedures
Respond to incidents such as fire, accidents, or security breaches
Maintain accurate incident reports, logbooks, and shift reports
Coordinate with factory management, safety officers, and local authorities
Train security staff on factory-specific risks and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
