Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all security guards during the assigned shift.
Ensure proper deployment of security staff at all designated posts.
Conduct regular rounds and patrols of the hotel premises.
Ensure safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property.
Check employee entry and exit through proper punching/biometric procedures.
Verify employee ID cards and visitor passes at entry gates.
Monitor vehicle movement and maintain vehicle entry/exit records.
Ensure proper checking of materials entering and leaving the hotel premises.
Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized entry, and property damage.
Investigate incidents, complaints, and security breaches and submit reports.
Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, and medical situations.
Assist in fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
Maintain Daily Occurrence Register (DOR) and other security records.
Prepare and submit incident reports to management.
Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts.
Maintain discipline, grooming, and attendance of security staff.
Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower as per operational requirements.
Coordinate with all department heads regarding security-related matters.
Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor activities within the premises.
Report any unsafe conditions or hazards to management immediately.
Train and guide security guards on hotel security procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety rules, and security SOPs.
Maintain confidentiality of hotel information and security records.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to security operations.
