Job Title: Field Security Supervisor

Department: Security Operations

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising security guards deployed at various client sites, ensuring proper attendance, discipline, uniform compliance, and effective security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Visits: Regularly visit client sites to inspect security arrangements and monitor guards' performance.

2. Guard Supervision: Ensure all security guards perform their duties properly and follow company rules and client instructions.

3. Attendance Monitoring: Check daily attendance, duty rosters, and shift timings of deployed security guards.

4. Manpower Management: Arrange replacement guards in case of absence, leave, or shortage of manpower.

5. Discipline and Grooming: Ensure guards maintain proper uniform, personal hygiene, discipline, and professional behaviour.

6. Client Coordination: Maintain good relations with clients and promptly address their security-related complaints.

7. Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, attendance updates, incident reports, and other required information to the Operations Department.

8. Incident Handling: Immediately report theft, misconduct, negligence, unauthorized absence, or other security incidents to management.

9. Training and Guidance: Brief security guards regarding their duties, emergency procedures, and site-specific instructions.

Job Requirements – Field Security Supervisor

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security supervision and field operations.

• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

• Responsible for regular patrolling and surprise visits at client sites.

• Monitor security guards' attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.

• It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
