हम अपनी कंपनी में एक अनुभवी और जिम्मेदार Security Supervisor की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार का मुख्य काम सुरक्षा गार्डों की टीम को गाइड करना, परिसर (premises) की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की निगरानी करना और दैनिक सुरक्षा गतिविधियों का सुचारू रूप से संचालन सुनिश्चित करना होगा।

Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां)

टीम प्रबंधन: सुरक्षा गार्डों की दैनिक तैनाती (Duty Roster) बनाना और उनकी उपस्थिति की निगरानी करना।
गश्त एवं निगरानी: परिसर में नियमित गश्त (Patrolling) करना और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर नज़र रखना।
सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन: कंपनी के सुरक्षा दिशानिर्देशों और प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन करवाना।
प्रशिक्षण (Training): नए सुरक्षा गार्डों को ऑन-बोर्डिंग और सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं का प्रशिक्षण देना।
इमरजेंसी मैनेजमेंट: आपातकालीन स्थितियों (जैसे आग लगना, दुर्घटना या सुरक्षा उल्लंघन) में तुरंत कार्रवाई करना और उच्च अधिकारियों को सूचित करना।
रिपोर्टिंग: दैनिक सुरक्षा रिपोर्ट (Daily Log Book), विजिटर रजिस्टर और किसी भी घटना (Incident Report) का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
CCTV व उपकरण जांच: CCTV कैमरों, बायोमेट्रिक और अन्य सुरक्षा उपकरणों की नियमित जांच सुनिश्चित करना।

Requirements & Qualifications (योग्यता और आवश्यकताएं)

शिक्षा: न्यूनतम 10वीं / 12वीं पास (ग्रेजुएशन को प्राथमिकता)।
अनुभव: सुरक्षा के क्षेत्र में 1 - 3 वर्ष का सुपरवाइजर के रूप में अनुभव (पूर्व सैनिक / Ex-Servicemen या पूर्व-सुरक्षा कर्मियों को प्राथमिकता)। / फ्रेशर भी apply कर सकते है
भाषा ज्ञान: हिंदी भाषा में अच्छा ज्ञान आवश्यक है (अंग्रेजी का बुनियादी ज्ञान बेहतर होगा)।
कौशल (Skills):
नेतृत्व क्षमता (Leadership skills)
तुरंत निर्णय लेने की क्षमता (Quick Decision Making)
बुनियादी कंप्यूटर ज्ञान (Excel / Word) और स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग।
शारीरिक फिटनेस: उम्मीदवार शारीरिक रूप से पूरी तरह स्वस्थ होना चाहिए।
