Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all security operations at the assigned site.

• Arrange and deploy security guards as per requirement.

• Prepare and monitor duty rosters, attendance, and discipline of guards.

• Conduct regular patrolling and inspections to ensure proper security coverage.

• Coordinate with clients and management regarding site security requirements.

• Handle incidents, prepare reports, and maintain records.

• Train and guide guards for effective performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.

• Ability to manage manpower and handle client communication.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Ex-Army / Police background preferred but not mandatory.

• Should be physically fit and ready for site duties.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
