The candidate will be responsible for supervising field operations, managing security guard deployment, maintaining standards of service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage security guards at various assigned sites.Conduct routine site visits to ensure proper deployment, discipline, and adherence to operational protocols.Interact with clients to understand their security needs and ensure quality service.Handle on-ground operational challenges and provide timely resolutions.Maintain attendance records, duty rosters, and daily reporting for deployed guards.Support recruitment, training, and induction of security personnel as needed.Manage guard replacements and ensure zero absenteeism issues at sites.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.Ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines.Provide daily updates to the Operations Manager on site performance.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Field Operations within the security/guarding industry.Strong understanding of guard management and site supervision.Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently and handle operational pressure.Basic knowledge of statutory norms related to manpower deployment.Disciplined, reliable, and organized.Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
