हमारी कंपनी 8 Directions Security Services Private Limited में सिक्योरिटी स्टाफ की आवश्यकता है।

इस काम में आपको बिल्डिंग, ऑफिस या शोरूम और वहाँ काम करने वाले लोगों की सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखना होगा। सुरक्षा के लिए सही योजना बनानी होगी, कर्मचारियों की ड्यूटी लगानी होगी और सुरक्षा से जुड़े नियमों का पालन करवाना होगा।

आपको सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की टीम को संभालना, उनकी ड्यूटी का समय तय करना और उनके काम पर नजर रखनी होगी, ताकि सुरक्षा का काम सही तरीके से चलता रहे।

काम और जिम्मेदारियाँ:

शोरूम में आने-जाने वाले ग्राहकों और गाड़ियों पर नजर रखना।
शोरूम में आने और बाहर जाने वाली गाड़ियों का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
बिना अनुमति किसी भी गाड़ी को शोरूम से बाहर नहीं जाने देना।
नई गाड़ियों, ग्राहकों की गाड़ियों और शोरूम के सामान की सुरक्षा करना।
शोरूम के गेट और पार्किंग एरिया की निगरानी करना।
आने वाले ग्राहकों और विजिटर्स के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करना।
किसी भी संदिग्ध व्यक्ति या गतिविधि की तुरंत मैनेजर को जानकारी देना।
शोरूम में चोरी, नुकसान या किसी भी गलत गतिविधि को रोकना।
ड्यूटी के दौरान सतर्क रहना और समय-समय पर शोरूम का निरीक्षण करना।
शोरूम बंद होने के बाद गेट, दरवाजे और अन्य जगहों की सुरक्षा जांचना।
किसी भी दुर्घटना, आग या आपातकालीन स्थिति में तुरंत मैनेजर को सूचित करना।
कंपनी के नियमों का पालन करना और समय पर ड्यूटी पर आना।
ड्यूटी के दौरान निर्धारित यूनिफॉर्म पहनना और अनुशासन बनाए रखना।
जरूरत पड़ने पर पार्किंग और गाड़ियों की व्यवस्था में सहायता करना।

जरूरी योग्यताएँ

ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और सतर्क होना चाहिए।
शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना चाहिए।
सिक्योरिटी गार्ड का अनुभव होना अच्छा है।
गाड़ियों की एंट्री और एग्जिट का रिकॉर्ड रखने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
ग्राहकों और कर्मचारियों से विनम्रता से बात करनी चाहिए।

नौकरी के लिए जरूरी योग्यताएँ (Job Requirements)

उम्मीदवार कम से कम 10वीं पास होना चाहिए।
सिक्योरिटी के काम में 6 महीने से 1 साल तक का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
उम्मीदवार की नजर तेज होनी चाहिए और छोटी-छोटी बातों पर ध्यान देने वाला होना चाहिए।
सुरक्षा से जुड़े नियमों की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए।
