Security Personnel

Job Summary:

We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Surveillance Auditor for our Mundka warehouse. This role involves actively monitoring CCTV footage, identifying suspicious or non-compliant activities, reviewing recordings, and reporting anomalies to ensure operational discipline within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage across all warehouse zones, including loading/unloading, storage, dispatch, and entry/exit points.

• Review and analyze recorded footage daily to detect violations, unsafe behavior, or discrepancies in operations.

• Keep a close eye on employee behavior, material movement, and compliance with SOPs.

• Identify and report incidents such as theft, mismanagement, time theft, unauthorized access, or procedural bypassing.

• Maintain a log of daily observations and submit periodic surveillance reports to the management.

• Collaborate with the audit and security teams for cross-verification of physical vs. visual records.

• Flag recurring patterns of non-compliance for corrective action.

• Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues to IT or maintenance.

• Maintain complete confidentiality and integrity of all observations and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• 6 Month-1years of experience in CCTV monitoring, warehouse operations, or a similar surveillance role.

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

• Familiarity with CCTV systems, footage review tools, and basic reporting formats.

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is an added advantage.

• Comfortable with rotational shifts, if required.

• Experience in logistics, warehouse security, or internal control roles.

• Ethical, responsible, and highly vigilant personality.

• Able to stay focused for extended monitoring periods.

• Good reporting habits.
