Security Officer

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining smooth site operations by managing manpower, ensuring discipline, and upholding company standards at all times.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage quality manpower at the site to ensure smooth functioning.

• Monitor guards’ attendance, behavior, and performance daily.

• Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality of all deployed personnel.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure guards are performing as per instructions.

• Handle client coordination, reporting, and issue resolution.

• Train guards on site responsibilities and emergency procedures.

• Prepare and submit daily and incident reports to management.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong leadership & team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Sound knowledge of security operations.

• Ability to maintain discipline and motivate the team.

• Preference will be given to candidates with defence or security background.
