Manpower Deployment & Supervision
Ensure adequate manpower at all assigned client locations as per contract requirements.
Deploy, replace, and relieve security personnel as needed.
Conduct site visits and surprise checks to monitor guard performance, turnout, and attendance.
Maintain daily site inspection reports.
Client Coordination
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding security operations and guard behavior.
Address client feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly.
Attend meetings with clients for operational updates and service improvement.
Administration & Documentation
Maintain records of guard attendance, leaves, and duty rosters.
Ensure timely submission of reports, duty allocation sheets, and incident logs.
Assist in processing payroll inputs related to attendance and shifts.
Recruitment & Training
Assist HR in recruiting and onboarding new security personnel.
Conduct basic training, orientation, and briefing sessions for guards.
Ensure all guards are equipped with proper uniforms and ID cards.
Discipline & Compliance
Enforce discipline and company policies among guards.
Report absenteeism, misconduct, or performance issues to management.
Ensure guards comply with site-specific safety and security protocols.
Operational Support
Handle emergency situations like guard absenteeism, incidents, or replacements.
Support company audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Maintain liaison with local police or authorities if required.
Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred: Security Management background)
2–5 years of experience in security operations or manpower management
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of local labor laws and security operations
Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours
Ability to handle multiple sites and field staff
