Security Officer

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Shakti Enterprises. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the security guards on all sites Make sure that the guards are following all the rules and regulations of our company Manage reliever guards in case of the absence of any guard Recruit new guards when required for ongoing clients or new clients Maintain all guards' attendance Surprise visits to any site during the day as well as night. Take strict action if any guard is found disobeying the rules i.e drinking, sleeping on duty, or not present on duty Mediator between the guards and the company Handling guards and their queries HEIGHT: Min 5.7", WEIGHT: Min 75 Kg, Should have a Bike. This is a Fieldwork Job. Overall MAharashtra

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
