Position: Security Officer (Ex-Army Preferred)

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Officer, preferably from an ex-Army background, to oversee and manage security operations at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure overall safety and security of the premises
Supervise security staff and manage daily security operations
Monitor entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials
Handle emergency situations and implement security protocols
Coordinate with local authorities when required
Maintain security records and incident reports

Requirements:

Ex-Army personnel preferred
Proven experience in industrial or plant security
Strong leadership and discipline
Good communication and observation skills
Physically fit and alert

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing units
Experience in handling surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
