Digital Surveillance Officer

Location: Head Office Control Room | Employment Type: Full-time, Shift Work | Experience: 1-2 years preferred

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Surveillance Officer to provide continuous 24-hour monitoring of CCTV cameras, security alarms, GPS tracking systems, and fire alarms across multiple branch locations. This critical security role requires maintaining constant vigilance, documenting incidents, and coordinating emergency responses to ensure the safety and security of all company assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous 24-hour monitoring of 1-2 main CCTV cameras per branch with systematic checks every 5 minutes

• Monitor and respond to security alarms, fire alarms, and GPS tracking alerts

• Document all incidents with timestamps and coordinate with branch security teams

• Contact emergency services and management for high-risk incidents

• Maintain monitoring logs and submit detailed shift handover reports

• Conduct regular system functionality checks and equipment verification

  • 3 shifts available:

  • 6 AM-3:30 PM

  • 3 PM-12:30 AM

  • 12 AM-9:30 AM

  • 9-hour shifts with 30-minute handover periods
