Security Officer

Job Description: Loss Prevention Associate (LPA)

Location: SOUTH KOLKATA

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (Rotational Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor store premises to prevent theft, damage, and any unauthorized activity.

Operate and review CCTV footage for any unusual behavior or incidents.

Conduct routine physical checks to ensure adherence to security policies.

Assist in internal investigations related to inventory loss or employee misconduct.

Perform bag and bill checks for staff and visitors in compliance with company policy.

Maintain detailed daily activity and incident reports.

Coordinate with store operations and audit teams during stock checks and audits.

Ensure strict implementation of safety and security standards on-site.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience in retail security or loss prevention is an advantage.

Familiar with surveillance systems (CCTV) and basic security protocols.

Physically fit, alert, and reliable.

Strong observational and analytical skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
