• Supervise housekeeping and security staff and ensure daily cleaning schedules

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards at site

• Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules & relievers

• Manage cleaning materials & equipment inventory

• Coordinate with management and prepare reports

• Arrange manpower

• should have good number of manpower backup

• Oversee both security & housekeeping operations at multiple sites

• Ensure manpower deployment and reliever arrangements

• Conduct site inspections, surprise checks & staff training

• Coordinate with clients & site supervisors

• Prepare reports for management

• Night checks
