Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Operations & Supervision

• Visit client sites to ensure timely reporting and discipline of deployed guards.

• Conduct surprise inspections and night checks.

• Handle absenteeism, shift changes, and conflict resolution on site.

• Deliver deployment reports to management daily or weekly.

• Ensure guards adhere to uniform code and site-specific SOPs.
  
  

2. Guard Recruitment Support

• Assist in screening and shortlisting of guard candidates.

• Participate in recruitment drives and community sourcing.

• Conduct initial orientation and background check coordination.
  
  

3. Training & Development

• Design and deliver induction programs for new guards.

• Train guards in basic skills: parade, alertness, visitor management, reporting, patrolling, etc.

• Prepare and evaluate performance tests during training sessions.

• Keep records of trained personnel and their training status.
  
  

4. Client Coordination

• Visit new client sites to assess manpower and security requirements.

• Assist with client onboarding and feedback collection.

• Support in preparing deployment plans and site-specific SOPs.
  
  

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain training logs, attendance records, and inspection reports.

• Submit weekly reports on guard performance and training progress.

• Support the documentation process for PSARA compliance and audits.
