Security Guard Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated & professional security guard & supervisor to join Vankan Security Services Pvt Ltd near Undri City Center. This role involves protecting buildings, assets, and personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-visibility presence and preventing illegal or inappropriate actions. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs. 16,000 and PF for Guards & Rs. 18,000 + PF for Supervisor, opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect society property and residents by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

• Identify signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.

• Detain criminals and evict violators when necessary.

• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.

• Conduct random patrols of the building and premises.

• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.

• Supervise alarm systems or video cameras and operate security/emergency equipment.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have the capability to read & write and 6 months to 1 year of experience as a security staff. Surveillance skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of public safety and security procedures are essential for this role.
