Job Description

हम अपनी Security Team के लिए एक जिम्मेदार और अनुशासित Point Supervisor की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। Candidate को विभिन्न sites पर deployed security guards की monitoring, attendance management और client coordination की जिम्मेदारी संभालनी होगी।

Responsibilities (जिम्मेदारियाँ)

✅ Security Guards की daily supervision करना

✅ Sites का regular inspection और field visit करना

✅ Guards की attendance, uniform और discipline सुनिश्चित करना

✅ Client issues और site requirements को handle करना

✅ Shift management एवं manpower deployment करना

✅ Daily reports और operational updates जमा करना

✅ Emergency situations में तुरंत action लेना

Eligibility (योग्यता)

✔️ 10वीं पास / Graduate Preferred

✔️ Security, Facility Management या Operations में 1-3 वर्ष का अनुभव

✔️ अच्छी communication और leadership skills

✔️ Smartphone का उपयोग करना आना चाहिए

✔️ Two-wheeler एवं Driving License होना बेहतर रहेगा

✔️ Bhopal और आसपास के क्षेत्रों की जानकारी हो
