Security Guard Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at the site.

• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.

• Maintain records of attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.

• Report site issues, requirements, and progress to management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum [X years] of experience in construction/site supervision.

• Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, or interior works.

• Ability to read and understand site drawings.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
