Job Description

Maintain proper records of all inward and outward movement of:
- Materials
- Vehicles
- Visitors
- Employees
Check gate passes, delivery challans, invoices, and authorization documents.
Monitor entry and exit points of the premises.
Prepare daily inward & outward reports and submit to management/admin.
Verify incoming and outgoing stock with dispatch/store teams.
Maintain visitor register and issue visitor passes.
Ensure no unauthorized movement of goods or persons.
Coordinate with warehouse, stores, and logistics departments.
Report suspicious activity, damages, shortages, or security violations immediately.
Conduct regular patrols and ensure safety compliance.
Maintain discipline and follow company security SOPs.
