Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising security staff and ensuring the safety of people, property, and company assets.

Main Duties:

• Supervise and guide security guards on duty.

• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, damage, or illegal activity.

• Check CCTV and alarm systems regularly.

• Respond quickly to incidents or emergencies.

• Prepare daily security reports.

• Train new security staff and ensure all follow company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in security, with some supervisory experience preferred.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.

• Security license or certification (if required).
