Security Guard Supervisor

Supervise and manage the daily activities of security guards deployed in the factory.

• Prepare and maintain duty rosters to ensure 24/7 coverage at all access points.

• Conduct regular inspections and patrols to check the performance and alertness of

guards.

• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper recording and functioning.

• Train security personnel in security protocols, fire-fighting, and emergency response.

• Handle material gate passes, inward/outward register verification, and ensure no

unauthorized movement of goods.

• Investigate security incidents, thefts, or accidents, and prepare reports for management.

• Coordinate with HR/Admin for manpower requirements, shift changes, and disciplinary

actions.

• Ensure compliance with factory security, safety, and statutory requirements.

• Act as first responder during emergencies, coordinating with local police, fire department,

or medical services when required.

• Maintain records of attendance, visitor logs, and incident reports.
