Job Title: Security Lead – Examination Center

Location: Examination Center, Noida sec -80 & 155 sectors

Reporting To: Center Head / Operations Manager

Job Overview

The Security Lead will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing security manpower at the examination center to ensure a safe, disciplined, and incident-free examination environment. The role involves daily coordination with security guards and bouncers, conducting briefings and trainings, managing crowd control, and ensuring compliance with examination security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Security Planning & Deployment

Plan and deploy security guards and bouncers as per center layout, entry/exit points, floors, and zones.

Ensure adequate security coverage at main gates, frisking areas, exam halls, control rooms, and restricted zones.

Prepare and maintain security deployment rosters and duty charts.

2. Daily Briefings & Supervision

Conduct morning briefings for all security personnel before the start of operations.

Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, exam-day protocols, and escalation matrix.

Supervise security staff during exam hours and ensure discipline and alertness.

3. Training & Skill Development

Provide basic soft skills training to guards (candidate handling, communication, behavior, professionalism).

Train guards on emergency response procedures, evacuation plans, and incident reporting.

4. Crowd Control & Incident Management

Manage crowd movement during candidate entry, frisking, reporting time, and exit.

Handle on-ground issues, conflicts, or security escalations calmly and effectively.

Act as the first point of contact for any security-related incident at the center.

5. Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with Operations, Admin, IT, and Exam Delivery teams for smooth execution.

Ensure adherence to client protocols, SOPs, and internal security guidelines.

Maintain proper records of attendance, deployment, incidents, and shift handovers.

6. Reporting

Share daily security status reports with the center management.

Prepare post-exam security reports, highlighting incidents, learnings, and improvements.
