Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security guards and daily security operations.
Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, vendors and vehicles.
Maintain security registers and daily reports.
Conduct regular rounds of the apartment premises.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
Coordinate with residents, management and emergency services when required.
Ensure guards follow duty timings, uniform and security procedures.
Handle emergencies, incidents and complaints promptly.
Security Guard – Apartment
Responsibilities:

Verify visitors and delivery personnel as per apartment procedures.
Monitor CCTV and security areas.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
Maintain security registers and records.
Report incidents, suspicious activities and emergencies immediately.
Assist residents and visitors when required.
Follow all security and safety instructions.
