Security Guard Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION – SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Employment Type: Full-time

Mandatory Eligibility: Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Armed Forces. Only Ex-Servicemen will be considered.

Role Overview

Supervise daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, vehicles and company property.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise security guards, prepare duty rosters and ensure proper shift handovers.

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors and vehicles.

- Verify gate passes and maintain visitor, vehicle and material movement registers.

- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor CCTV surveillance.

- Prevent unauthorized access, theft and damage to company property.

- Ensure security staff follow grooming, discipline and duty requirements.

- Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents and fire alarms.

- Report incidents and security concerns to HR and management.

- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.

- Check fire extinguishers, emergency exits and other safety arrangements.

Candidate Requirements

- Ex-Serviceman status is mandatory; service/discharge documents required for verification.

- Previous experience in security supervision and team management preferred.

- Strong leadership, discipline, observation and communication skills.

- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, access control and emergency response.

- Physically fit to perform security duties and available for rotational shifts.

Salary: Based on experience and interview.
