हम एक अनुशासित, शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम एवं सतर्क महिला बाउंसर सह सुरक्षा गार्ड की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो अतिथियों, कर्मचारियों और संपत्ति की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित कर सके। उम्मीदवार प्रवेश नियंत्रण, भीड़ प्रबंधन, सुरक्षा जांच तथा सुरक्षा संबंधी घटनाओं का पेशेवर ढंग से प्रबंधन करेगी और साथ ही एक सुरक्षित एवं स्वागतपूर्ण वातावरण बनाए रखने में सहयोग देगी।

## सुरक्षा संबंधी कार्य (Security Duties)

• निर्धारित क्षेत्रों की निगरानी एवं गश्त करना ताकि अनधिकृत प्रवेश और सुरक्षा उल्लंघनों को रोका जा सके।

• आगंतुकों एवं मेहमानों की पहचान एवं प्रवेश अनुमति की जांच करना।

• आवश्यकता पड़ने पर महिला आगंतुकों की सुरक्षा जांच (Security Screening) करना।

• सुरक्षा लॉग एवं घटना रिपोर्ट तैयार और संधारित करना।

• सीसीटीवी कैमरों की निगरानी करना तथा संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना देना।

• आपातकालीन स्थितियों, अलार्म एवं सुरक्षा घटनाओं पर तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देना।

## बाउंसर संबंधी कार्य (Bouncer Duties)

• कार्यक्रमों, व्यस्त समय या विशेष अवसरों पर भीड़ नियंत्रण (Crowd Management) करना।

• झगड़े, विवाद या अनुशासनहीन व्यवहार को रोकना।

• आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अनधिकृत या अव्यवस्थित व्यक्तियों को परिसर से बाहर ले जाना।

• स्थल की नीतियों एवं सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

• अतिथियों एवं कर्मचारियों के लिए सुरक्षित और आरामदायक वातावरण बनाए रखना।

## ग्राहक सेवा (Customer Service)

• आगंतुकों का विनम्र एवं पेशेवर तरीके से स्वागत करना।

• आवश्यकतानुसार अतिथियों की सहायता करना।

• अतिथियों की शिकायतों एवं समस्याओं का शांतिपूर्वक समाधान करना।

• आवश्यकता पड़ने पर प्रबंधन, पुलिस अथवा आपातकालीन सेवाओं के साथ समन्वय करना।

# आवश्यक योग्यताएँ

• न्यूनतम 10वीं / 12वीं उत्तीर्ण (प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।

• सुरक्षा गार्ड, बाउंसर या समान पद पर पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय।

• सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं एवं आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया की मूलभूत जानकारी।

• हिंदी में प्रभावी संवाद करने की क्षमता; अंग्रेजी का ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
