The role demands alertness, responsibility, and a proactive approach in handling day-to-day security operations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles.Ensure the safety of property, assets, and people within the premises.Conduct routine checks and patrols of the outlet and surroundings.Manage CCTV monitoring and report any suspicious activities.Assist in crowd management and maintain order during peak hours.Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents.Enforce company policies related to security and safety.Maintain a daily log of activities and incident reports.Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th preferred).Prior experience as a Security Guard (Hospitality / Retail industry preferred).Knowledge of basic security and safety protocols.Physically fit and able to stand/patrol for long hours.Good communication skills (basic Hindi/English).Should be disciplined, punctual, and trustworthy.Age group: 22–45 years.Must be open to working in shifts (day/night).Work Location:Connaught Place (CP), New DelhiNoidaBenefits:Competitive salary with overtime (if applicable).Meals provided during duty hours.PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits as per company policy.Uniform will be provided.
