Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Verify visitor identity, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs.
Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises, warehouses, and parking areas.
Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities immediately.
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials as per company procedures.
Check vehicle movements and verify gate passes.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, medical incidents, or security threats.
Coordinate with emergency services when required.
Prepare daily security reports and maintain incident records.
Report damaged property, unsafe conditions, or security concerns to management.
Support investigations related to security incidents.
Maintain discipline and professionalism while interacting with employees and visitors.
