Key Responsibilities

Patrol Property: Conduct regular, proactive foot or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior to identify risks, secure doors/windows, and deter criminal activity.
Surveillance Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and video analytics to ensure real-time awareness of site conditions.
Access Control: Verify credentials and manage entry/exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles to prevent unauthorized access.
Emergency Response: Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, providing first-aid or contacting law enforcement/fire services if necessary.
Reporting: Prepare accurate, detailed daily logs and incident reports regarding observations, security breaches, and irregularities.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company security procedures and legal regulations.
