Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Access Control & Monitoring

• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors

• Verify ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain visitor registers

• Monitor vehicle movement and parking areas

• Issue and collect visitor badges as per procedure

2. Surveillance & Patrolling

• Conduct regular patrolling of common areas, floors, parking, staircases, and perimeter

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity

• Ensure all security systems are functioning properly

3. Safety & Emergency Handling

• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, security breaches, or evacuations

• Operate fire-fighting equipment if required

• Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and crowd control

• Report incidents immediately to supervisors and management

4. Asset & Property Protection

• Prevent theft, damage, or misuse of property and assets

• Ensure doors, windows, and restricted areas are secured

• Check material inward and outward movement as per authorization

5. Discipline & Professional Conduct

• Maintain decorum and discipline within the premises

• Guide visitors politely and professionally

• Enforce building rules and security protocols

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily occurrence register (DOR)

• Prepare incident reports and handover notes during shift changes

• Report safety hazards or violations immediately

• It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
