Key Responsibilities:

1. Access Control

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Verify identity cards and maintain visitor records.
Ensure proper gate pass system for material movement.

2. Plant & Asset Protection

Protect critical infrastructure such as pumps, pipelines, control panels, chemical storage areas, and water tanks.
Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Safeguard company property from theft, damage, or sabotage.

3. Patrolling & Surveillance

4. Emergency Response

Respond promptly to fire alarms, water leakage, chemical spills, or security breaches.
Assist during emergency evacuation procedures.
Inform local authorities if required.

5. Register & Documentation

Maintain security registers (Visitor Register, Vehicle Register, Material Inward/Outward Register).
Prepare daily incident reports.
Submit shift handover report properly
