SECURITY GUARD – RESORT
Position: Security Guard
Department: Security
Industry: Resort / Hospitality
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and control entry and exit of guests, employees, and visitors.
Maintain security and safety of the resort premises, guests, staff, and property.
Conduct regular patrols of the resort, parking areas, rooms, and common areas.
Check and monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
Verify staff/visitor passes and maintain proper entry records.
Handle guest and staff security-related concerns professionally.
Respond quickly to emergencies, incidents, theft, fire, or other security issues.
Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and shift handover records.
Ensure resort rules and safety procedures are followed.
Support crowd control and parking management when required.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a resort, hotel, or hospitality industry.
Good communication and observation skills.
Physically fit and alert.
Honest, responsible, and disciplined.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Security Guard training/certification will be an added advantage.
