Job Title: Security Guard

Reports to: Security Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling designated areas, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activity.

2. Patrol premises to ensure security and safety.

3. Check IDs, manage access control, and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.

4. Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

5. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols.

Requirements:

1. 10th pass or equivalent

2. Prior security experience preferred

3. Strong observational skills and attention to detail

4. Ability to work in shifts (day/night)

5. Good communication skills and physical stamina

Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures

2. Ability to stay calm under pressure

3. Strong problem-solving skills

Certifications:

1. Valid security guard license (if applicable)
