Security Guard

looking for a dedicated Security Guard in Ahmednagar, MIDC. This role involves creating security plans, selecting employees, and implementing protocols to ensure the safety of a facility/building and its occupants. You will oversee the security team, manage schedules, and assess performance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement security protocols for facilities and information systems.

• Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections.

• Control access to restricted areas like inventory storage and employee records.

• Hire, train, and develop security personnel.

• Identify potential hazards and assess risks to minimize threats.

• Build strong relationships with security teams and inform management of issues.

• Report security incidents to law enforcement, fire departments, or medical agencies when required.

Job Requirements:
