Job Description

We are looking for a Security Guard to join our team at Tej Control Systems Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities

1. Access Control

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor registers.
Issue and collect visitor passes.

2. Security Monitoring

Patrol factory premises regularly to ensure safety.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
Prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized removal of company property.

3. Material Movement Control

Check inward and outward material documents (gate pass/challan).
Verify goods movement as per company procedures.
Record vehicle entry and dispatch details.

4. Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies.
Assist during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or evacuations.
Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

5. Record Keeping

Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
Record attendance of contract workers where required.
Maintain shift handover records.

6. Emergency Handling

Act promptly during emergencies.
Coordinate with management and emergency services if needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum education: SSC / HSC preferred.
Experience: 2–6 years in industrial or factory security.
Basic knowledge of security procedures.
Ability to work in shifts (day/night).
Physically fit and alert.
Basic communication skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of safety regulations to maintain a secure environment. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
