Security Guard

All security guards must strictly follow the instructions mentioned below:

1. Employee Entry/Exit Check (Including Off-Duty Staff):

• Every employee, whether on duty or off duty, must be checked properly while entering or leaving the premises.

• No off-duty staff is allowed to stay inside the premises without approval from a supervisor or manager.

• Ask purpose of visit if someone is off duty and inform reporting manager before allowing entry.

2. No Exit During Duty Hours Without Approval:

• On-duty staff must not be allowed to exit during working hours without proper written or verbal approval from management.

• Confirm with supervisor before allowing anyone to leave.

3. Log Maintenance:

• Maintain a complete log of all entries and exits – including employee name, time, and reason if off duty.

• Update the register or digital logbook without fail.

4. Unauthorized Access:

• If any employee tries to enter or exit without valid reason or approval, immediately report to management.

• Do not allow anyone to bypass the process under any circumstances.

These instructions are mandatory and must be followed strictly.
