Job Title: Senior Security Guard Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Security Guard Manager to oversee and manage security personnel. The candidate will be responsible for deploying security guards as per client requirements, ensuring safety standards, and handling overall security operations for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all security guards deployed at various client locations

Ensure proper staffing and timely deployment of guards as per company/client requirements

Monitor attendance, duty rosters, and shift scheduling

Conduct regular inspections of security arrangements at sites

Train and guide security personnel on duties, discipline, and safety protocols

Handle client coordination and resolve any security-related issues

Maintain records of guards, including joining, training, and performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Prepare reports related to security operations and incidents

Take immediate action in case of emergencies or security breaches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in security management or similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly

Basic computer knowledge for reporting and record-keeping
