A Security Guard is responsible for protecting property, people, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. They prevent unauthorized access, monitor activities, and respond to emergencies.
Monitor entrances and exits of buildings or premises.
Check ID cards or visitors' passes.
Patrol assigned areas regularly.
Report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
Control traffic and parking on premises if required.
Handle emergency situations calmly (e.g., fire, theft, or accidents).
Write daily activity and incident reports.
Physically fit and alert.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Good communication and observation skills.
Basic education (10th or 12th pass preferred).
Prior experience or security license is an advantage.
