Security Guard

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard to join our team at Shivshankar Security And Facility Services Private Limited. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety by monitoring and controlling access points.

• Patrol property to detect irregularities and respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.

• Detain offenders if necessary and coordinate with law enforcement.

• Maintain daily logs of security activities and unusual events.

• Operate security systems, such as CCTV and alarm systems.

• Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.

• Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass preferred.

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Security training certificate (if available) will be an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to perform security duties.

  Experience Required

  • 0–3 years of experience in security services preferred.

  • Experience in hospitals, corporates, malls, or industrial premises will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of visitor management and access control systems preferred.

• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

• Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.

• Protect hospital property and assets.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents.

• Assist hospital staff during emergency situations or evacuations.

• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

• Ensure discipline, alertness, and proper uniform while on duty.
