Job Description

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard to join our team at Shakti Management Services. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹19,000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

रजिस्टर एंट्री (Register Management): गेट पर आने-जाने वाले सभी लोगों, गाड़ियों और स्टाफ की सही और स्पष्ट एंट्री करना।
इनवर्ड और आउटवर्ड रजिस्टर (Inward & Outward Register): कंपनी के अंदर आने वाले (Inward) और बाहर जाने वाले (Outward) सामान का पूरा रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करना।
मटीरियल चेकिंग (Material Inspection): कंपनी में आने वाले या बाहर जाने वाले सामान को चालान (Challan) के साथ ठीक से मैच और चेक करना।
आउट चालान बनाना (Outward Challan Creation): कंपनी से बाहर जाने वाले सामान के लिए नियमों के अनुसार आउट चालान तैयार करना।
विज़िटर मैनेजमेंट (Visitor Management): बाहर से आने वाले मेहमानों (Visitors/Vendors) की पहचान जांचना, एंट्री पास देना और उन्हें संबंधित विभाग तक पहुँचाना।
पेट्रोलिंग (Patroling): कंपनी परिसर (Premises) की सुरक्षा के लिए समय-समय पर राउंड (गश्त) लगाना ताकि कोई संदिग्ध गतिविधि न हो।
Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.
Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 7 days working during the Rotational shift.
