Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a disciplined and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our jewellery showroom, staff, and valuable assets. The candidate must maintain strict vigilance, prevent unauthorized access, and respond promptly to any suspicious activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor showroom premises to prevent theft, burglary, or any suspicious activity
Control entry and exit of customers, staff, and visitors
Ensure proper checking of bags and belongings when required
Maintain a visitor logbook and record daily activities
Stay alert at all times, especially during peak business hours
Coordinate with showroom management in case of emergencies
Handle security equipment such as CCTV monitoring systems (if applicable)
Ensure proper opening and closing security procedures of the showroom
Assist in crowd management during rush hours or special events
Report any incidents immediately to management

Eligibility Criteria:

Height: Minimum 6 feet Plus (mandatory)
Physically fit and well-built personality
Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)
Prior experience in security services (preferred, especially in retail/jewellery stores)
Strong observation and alertness skills
Good discipline and professional behavior
Basic communication skills (Hindi required; basic English is a plus)

Working Conditions:

Rotational shifts (Day)
Standing duty for extended hours
Weekly off as per company policy
