📝 Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and orderly conduct of personnel, visitors, and property within the assigned premises.

• Access Control:

  • Manage all entry and exit points (gates, doors) for staff, visitors, and vehicles.

  • Maintain accurate Visitor Logs/Registers, ensuring all visitors are properly identified, logged, and issued temporary passes.

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials/packages as per company policy.

• Patrol and Vigilance:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including perimeter, parking areas, and internal common areas, to deter and detect suspicious activity.

  • Monitor CCTV cameras (if applicable) and report any unusual or unauthorized movements promptly.

  • Check all doors, windows, and gates during patrols to ensure they are securely locked.

• Incident Response & Reporting:

  • Be the first responder to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations (e.g., fire, medical).

  • Immediately report all security breaches, incidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Security Supervisor.

  • Prepare detailed and accurate End-of-Shift Reports (EOD) documenting all activities, incidents, and observations.

• Safety & Order:

  • Enforce all company safety rules, regulations, and security policies consistently.

  • Assist in managing the crowd and maintaining order during peak hours or specific events.

  • Provide assistance and basic direction to visitors and staff when needed (Customer Service element).

✅ Key Requirements (Mandatory Points)

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of standing/patrolling for extended periods (12-hour shift).

• Aadhaar & PAN Card: Essential for legal employment, background check, and salary processing.

• Communication: Basic ability to read/write Hindi/Marathi and speak courteously.

• Punctuality: Strict adherence to the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift timing is mandatory.

• Discipline: Must be disciplined, alert, and possess a professional and vigilant demeanor.

• Prior experience as a Security Guard is preferred but freshers may be considered based on physical aptitude and attitude.
