2. Job Purpose

To ensure the safety and security of people, property, and premises assigned by PRH Security Guard Service Private Limited.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Guard the assigned premises and maintain strict vigilance

• Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles

• Check identity cards, passes, and visitor registers

• Patrol the area regularly to prevent theft, damage, or illegal activity

• Report any suspicious activity immediately to the supervisor

• Maintain discipline and follow instructions given by site in-charge

• Assist in emergency situations such as fire, accidents, or law-and-order issues

• Keep records of daily activities, incidents, and shift handover

• Ensure safety rules and company guidelines are followed at all times

4. Working Hours

• As per duty roster (day/night shifts)

• Weekly off as per company policy

5. Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Ability to read and write (preferred)

• Physically fit and mentally alert

• Basic knowledge of security duties and procedures

• Good behavior, discipline, and communication skills

• Experience in security services is an added advantage

6. Uniform & Conduct

• Must wear company-issued uniform and ID card during duty

• Maintain neat appearance and professional behavior

• Follow company rules and client instructions strictly

• Site Supervisor / Duty Officer
