Proper vehicle arrangement in the parking area.

Maintain visitor logs and gate registers.

Monitor movement of office equipment or materials.

Check material gate passes, if applicable.

General Conduct:

• Be polite, alert, and well-groomed at all times.

• Maintain discipline at the main gate and inside the office.

• Ensure doors, windows, and main entry are locked when required.
