• Assist in crowd control and maintaining order during emergency situations or peak hours.

• Coordinate with local police, fire, and medical services in case of emergency.

• Guide and assist patients or visitors when required with directions or basic information.

• Ensure surveillance cameras, access control systems, and security tools are functional and properly used.
